Changed Faction resourse consumption to 1 per province instead of 1=5 6=10 etc.
Changed food farm production to 3,4,4,5 from 3,4,5,6

This should help balance coin in late game.

1/ Food for farms to plus 2 for all to help AI to build.
2/ Getting rid of food requirements for the market chain.
3/ Adding -1 recruit times for siege/Teppo tree per lvl in line with other dojos.
4/ Lowering Farms income and resoures nodes by 50% but increase in base coin to 1500 per turn for Major and Minor factions
5/ Added happy buddhist to a few buildings and less repression to castles Also given moral from holy sites to 5 and 10.
6/ Land sold to Nanban increased to 10,000
7/ Mines income increased Gold 1000/2000/3000 Iron 500/750/1000
8/ Lowered some replenishment percentage bonuses.
9/ Lowered resourse amounts and tax levels.
10/ Gave Generals and Naginata 20 armour and Naginata have some skills.
11/ Added attrition skill to Generals Admirial/Pirate/Siege Attacker skill tree.

Removed light Cav - melee bonus v cav.
Generals charge same as Katana Cav.
Changed some Cav recruitment costs.

Increased active - time for Rapid Advance from 10 to 20 seconds

I have increased slightly run and charge speeds, you can see the differance now.
I also added Rapid Advance for Cav and Naginata Inf but not the missile troops.
