Compatibility update for Gathering Storm. Other changes:
- Reorganized and optimized SQL
- Added a readjusted calendar (courtesy of Desucrate)
- Slightly slowed population growth
- Slightly reduced Science per citizen
- Slightly increased tech costs from Medieval era onward
- Lowered Road movement boosts (still higher than vanilla, just not as high as previously)

Increased research cost penalty for techs and civics that are past the current game era. Adjusted in-game calendar.

Tweaked in-game calendar. Slightly increased costs of Renaissance + later civics and technologies. Slightly reduced maximum length of eras from 120 turns to 115.
