Items in Duels (#3763)

- Items in backpack will now be refreshed at the start of the duel.
- Refresher Orb, Refresher Shard and Hand of Midas will no longer get refreshed at the start of the duel.

Shade Staff changes (#3762)

- now also passively provides hp regen amp, lifesteal amp and status resistance.
- active attack speed slow increased from 350 to 400.
- active attack speed slow duration now matches sprout duration. (still only has effect when near trees)
- Fixed Tree Protection buff on allies not providing Tree-Walking.

Some bug fixes (#3760)

Fixed Elder Titan Natural Order magic resist reduction being wrong at OAA lvls.
Fixed Slark custom Shadow Dance % regen not working.
Devastator can no longer proc cleave.
Greater Phase Boots can no longer proc cleave.

Leshrac Diabolic Edict no longer deals bonus damage with Misanthropy.

Some item changes (#3757)

Removed Greater Tranquil Boots.
Added Greater Boots of Bearing - upgrade for Boots of Bearing, it does the same as Boots of Bearing, just better stats.
Added Shade Staff - side-upgrade for Heaven's Halberd, it does the same as old Greater Tranquil Boots but without Boots of Bearing effects. Shares cooldown with Halberd.
Attack speed slow now works only when near trees (175 radius). Attack speed slow reduced from 700 to 350. Increased slow duration by 0.5s at all lvls.

Kaya bonus spell lifesteal amp reduced from 20% to 12%.
Bloodstone active spell lifesteal multiplier increased from 4 to 6.
A Sacred Skull bonus armor increased from 12/14/16 to 12/15/19.
A Sacred Skull no longer provides 350/550/800 bonus health.
Blood Core bonus to primary attribute reduced by 5 at all lvls.
Blood Core passive spell lifesteal reduced from 22/24/26/28/30% to 20/22/24/26/28%.
Blood Core active spell lifesteal reduced from 180% to 170%.
Dagger of Moriah active aura magic dmg amp reduced from 28/32% to 28%.

Eul balance tweaks (#3758)

Fixed Ranged heroes not being able to attack items on the ground if Eul is in the game.

Base AGI increased from 18 to 25.
AGI gain increased from 2.3 to 3.0 per lvl.
Base STR increased from 17 to 19.
STR gain increased from 1.8 to 2.0 per lvl.
Hurricane dmg increased from 90/160/230/300/600/900 to 100/175/250/325/650/975.
Tornado Collector cd reduced from 0.25s to 0.1s
Tornado Collector heal is now considered lifesteal and can be improved with lifesteal amplifications.
Tornado Collector tornado dps reduced at lvl 5 from 20 to 15.
Tornado Collector tornado heal reduced at lvl 6 from 80 to 60.
Tornado Collector wander radius is no longer affected by aoe increase. (tornado dmg radius still is)
Typhoon max dps increased from 100/150/200/350/500 to 100/175/250/475/700.
Typhoon minor wind gods no longer provide 400 vision outside of typhoon radius.
Level 15 Talent +300 Health increased to +350.
Level 20 Talent +25 Spell Aoe changed to Hurricane Dispels Target.
Level 25 Talent 'Typhoon Applies Wind Control To Allies and Self' now applies Wind Control buff to allies and Eul if they are were in the Typhoon radius at least once. Not only on Typhoon cast.
Level 25 Talent 'Typhoon Applies Wind Control To Allies and Self' no longer applies Wind Control buff to invulnerable units, Undying zombies and hidden units.
Level 25 Talent Hurricane Dispels Target changed to +1% Max HP Heal per Tornado.

Extension Shrine + Omnislash/Exorcism (#3749)

Omnislash and Exorcism will now ignore extension shrines.

Sohei facets (#3748)

Sohei now has 3 facets: Qigong Dash (Dash attacks), Ki Release (spells heal allies) and Zen Inertia (spell crit).
Dash can't be used anymore when affected by Nullifier or Demonic Purge. (QoL change because Dash is dispellable)
Fixed Wholeness of Body heal not being affected by healing amplifications.
Flurry of Blows cast range now always matches the effect radius. (QoL change that allows both aoe increase and bonus cast range to affect the cast range)
Impulse innate bonus base dmg per move speed reduced at OAA lvls from 0.2/0.3 to 0.18/0.22


Chatterjee rework 2024 (#3747)

Base Armor reduced from 1 to 0. (Starting Armor reduced from 3 to 2)
Strength gain reduced from 2.6 to 2.4 per lvl.
Agility gain increased from 1.5 to 2.0 per lvl.

Innate reworked: Strong Battery - Chatterjee gains 8 mana per point of Strength but gains 4 less mana from Intelligence.

Electric Shield reworked: Grants a shield that blocks damage and grants damage depending on the chosen facet. Has a 18s duration and 24s cooldown. No longer Toggle.

Facets reworked: 3 facets - Direct Current, Alternating Current, and No Circuit.
1) Direct Current: Electric Shield blocks only magical damage and deals magical damage to enemies around Chatterjee.
2) Alternating Current: Electric Shield grants magic resistance and blocks a portion of any incoming physical attack damage. Deals damage to enemies around Chatterjee but damage type alternates between Physical and Magical.
3) No Circuit: Electric Shield blocks only physical damage and grants bonus attack damage to Chatterjee.

Static Grip max duration rescaled from 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6/2.7/2.8 to 1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4/2.5/2.6 seconds.
Energy Absorption damage reduced from 90/160/230/300/600/1200 to 75/150/225/300/600/900.

Cleansing Shock:
Attack speed bonus is now the same as move speed bonus.
Attack speed slow is now the same as move speed slow.
Bounce range reduced from 600 to 525.
Cooldown increased from 10/8/6/5.5/5 to 10 seconds at all lvls.
Mana cost increased from 25/30/35/40/45 to 30/40/50/60/70.
Now deals 50/75/100/175/250 pure damage without the talent. (Scepter upgrade now also doubles the damage.)
Scepter bonus damage against summons and illusions rescaled from 400/600/800/1000/1200 to 400/500/600/900/1200.
Scepter bounces reduced from 1/3/5/7/9 to 2/2/3/4/5.

Talents:
Level 10 Talent +1.5 Mana Regen changed to +20 Movement Speed.
Level 15 Talent +140 Energy Absorption Damage changed to +125 Electric Shield Radius (+50% Electric Shield Block with No Circuit facet).
Level 20 Talent +0.1s Cleansing Shock Mini-Stun changed to +0.2s Static Grip Duration
Level 25 Talent Static Grip Attacks changed to +320 Energy Absorption Damage.
Level 25 Talent Cleansing Shock Deals Damage changed to 2 Cleansing Shock Charges.
