Bosses + various small changes (#3547)

* Added Duel timeout message.
* Added an empty ability to Grendel with a description that says what happens when you kill him.
* Siltbreaker Protection and Boss Anti-Stun mechanic renamed to Debuff Protection.
* Boss Resistance, Cliff Walk, Siltbreaker Protection abilities merged into 1 ability called Boss Properties.
* Debuff Protection is now always visible (yellow circle about the boss head) if the boss currently has it.
* Debuff Protection now provides debuff immunity and root immunity.
* Debuff Protection now also blocks stuns and silences that pierce debuff immunity. (It used to block only some of them)
* Debuff Protection will no longer block damage from abilities that don't pierce debuff immunity.
* Bosses that had Siltbreaker Protection are now vulnerable to stuns and silences for 1s instead of 0.03s when Debuff Protection (yellow circle above their head) expires.
* Bosses with will now emit spell block sound only when the spell is blocked or dispeled, not when they spawn.
* Carapace (Weaver) boss will now have Debuff Protection only while using abilities.

* New modifier: Moriah's Shield - Grants a shield that absorbs 50% of incoming damage in exchange for mana. Most spells have health cost instead of mana cost.
* Random Surprise will no longer random Diarrhetic modifier.
* Enabled Attack Range Switch modifier.
* Disabled Drunkard modifier (Chaos still has it).
* Splasher splash radius increased from 275 to 300.
