New update out! changelog:
Buffed extra supplies ability from 15% to 20% supply consumption reduction.
Made carrier deck and armor slot have a bug-free empty slot, so it cant be refitted as empty for free.
USA focus tree reworked - most focus on army and air branch.
Major stats rework for navy - less variance in org, speed and surface visibility. Less variance in the doctrines to make each branch more viable for more ship combinations. This rework includes everything around navy like manufacturers, admirals, sea terrain modifiers etc.
Adjusted weird stats for British heavy fighters and Japanese naval bombers to be more similar to other airplanes of same type.
Major improvements to Japanese AI.
Added 5 new custom division counters in non-nato vanilla green style.
Removed weird references to obsolete tech category 'Infantry Technologies'
Asymmetric warfare doctrine is now in a more complete state.
Experimental change: Disconnected Special Forces cap from battalion count, its now instead set on a by-country basis at start and then improved by some doctrine techs and national spirits.
Japanese attack on pearl harbor will now give USA a malus even if they have their fleet in Pearl Harbor, but the malus will be lesser. Amphibious invasion and paradrop malus added to it.
2 new loading pictures.
Lowered base supply in Easter Africa.
Lots of minor tweaks and bugfixes as usual that we sadly didn't have the time to write down.

Added limits to how many airbases can be built on ‘small islands’: max 4.
Added limits to how many airbases can be built on ‘tiny islands’: max 2.
Added limits to how many infrastructure levels can be built in some North African desert states: max 6.
These limits can be seen when looking at a state, there is an icon with a tooltip (where mud and snow icon appear). These limits cannot be seen in the construction menu, they will be removed a few days if completed. We are working on other a better check that can detect and tell the player already when he is trying to construct them.

Amphibious marines now properly get bonus from truck radio tech.
Fixed issues with division spawns potentially ending up inside impassable terrain states.
Added Japanese focus to acquire Shanghai.
Added some new early game focuses to Japan and USA.
Fixed some Japanese light airplanes that had wrong stats and missing year assigned.
Added two new focuses to France.
Added check to Finnish focuses so that you can't get government debt twice
Raj focus to take over the Middle East now annexes British Yemen instead of puppeting them, to avoid the call to arms bug.
Soviet territories taken from Iran after Operation Countenance should now be returned to Iran if the Peace in the East is signed.
Fixed transport-planes having 0 fuel consumption.
Increased how far out you can zoom before division 3d models fade out.
Addd proper notifications about the Franco-thai border conflict.
Added focus search filters to USA and Japan.

Slightly decreased fade distance for the division icon stacks.

Balance
Increased Japan’s ahead of time bonus for 1939 marines tech.
Reduced size of equipment stash spawn in the US lend lease to soviet event and soviet winter offensive by roughly 30%.
Tried to reduce submarine stunlock effect.
Increased fuel consumption of SH-BB by 15%
Tweaked stats of amphs mech to be more similar to normal mech but has better jungle, river, swamp and amps modifiers. Increased cost by about 5%.
Fixed bug where last level of nat China army corruption was a huge buff.
Reduced cost of French army theorist from 150 to 75 (he disappears after France capitulates)
Added some more convoys to Free French focuses
Nerfed Japanese potential to stack bonuses for carrier fighters and dockyard output.
USA now gets a malus for 45 days if it does not have its fleet in pearl harbor when the Japanese attack is launched.
If USA is able to finish the ‘Pearl Harbor Gambit’ focus they will reduce the effect of the Japanese attack by a third and receive additional airbase and fortification on Hawaii.
Removed imbalanced tech stealing from vanilla, no more 300% bonus + 200% ahead of time. Its now 75/60/45% bonus only. Although time of the mission reduced from 60 to 45 days.
Slightly increased Anti-Tank piercing, from base 64,78,93 to 65,80,95.
Increased convoy weight of logistics companies, added -5% amp attack penalty to fully motorised logistics.
Lowered how much ship speed can be stacked from naval manufacturers and advisors.
Fleet carriers get a 10% bonus to AA over light carriers.
And lots of small bugfixes, I probably forgot a lot of small tweaks also.
