Changes this week
Tuned down fielded units template change xp drop a bit, was increased a lot three weeks ago.
Lower light dual purpose ship gun AA from 3 to 2.
Increase base cost of cruiser armor module a bit.
Fix convoy escaping from Germany occupation events.
Fix balance issue with German heavy tanks.
Removed transfer of Chinese Shanghai to Japan, was abuseable.
Fixed bug were France could abandon the maginot but still keep the high level fort line.
Finland now starts with basic trucks researched.
Fixed bug with the soviet consolidated state spirit swaps.
