Land doctrines army xp boost now cost 40 xp and provides 40% bonus.
Boosted some land doctrine research bonuses from focuses for major countries.
Slightly lowered piercing of heavy and super heavy batteries.
Converted the German infantry 'welle' popup events to decisions.
Fixed size of a lot of event pictures.
Added proper names to a lot of tech bonuses and highlighted the category with yellow.
Germany gets 3 extra invasion transport capacity during weserubung.
Fixed spymaster providing potentially way too many operatives from small faction members.
Tuned down the possiblities for some minors to send large number of volunteers.
Improved performance a bit.
Siam can now do targeted war propaganda.
Fixed (supposedly) dissaperaring hungarian tank manufacuter.
You now have base 30 command power during peace, up from 20.
You now only need transport plane for most operations. (we will rename them 'transport plane wing')
Rocket artillery had a boost in breakthrough and now only cost 2 steel.
Lowered desert terrain attack and movement bonus for light, medium and heavy tank by 5%.
Slightly increased supply use of self-propeled artillery.
Italy's war plan bonuses got a bit of a buff, now has targeted modifier not only on britain but whole commonwelth.
Lowered soem focus times for UK.
UK anti-air defense focus now only gives level 2 buildings but cost a bit less.

Increased naval strike damage by 4%.
Added notification events for the develop commonwelth decisions.
Fixed some issues with the theatre menu.
No more garrison template design spam when doing the garrison techs.
Fixed starting positions of british units, removed some for less bloat.
Added missing cores on micro-islands and Guyana.
Added two US admirals.
Reworked operation countenance - now makes persia a neutral part of the allies. Depending on if soviet or england starts it by focus they get resource rights on the northernmost oil well. Persia gets event to join allies if attacked after the coup.
Sea lion on Canada will now prompt USA to join the allies.
Re-enabled rebbelion from resistance.
Italian east africa gets the italian war plans when launched.
Free france and exiled Netherlands gets a little but extra factories transferred to their new teritory.
Nerfed super heavy BB HP by about 10%. Increased org by 5.
Fixed ramp up of stats for heavy battery beyond III level.
Lowered armored cars needed per battalion from 50 to 40.
Lowered submarine AA by 5%.
Lowered strat bomber range by roughly 7-8%.
Removed org bonus from generals/field marshals traits that didnt work. Added substitute bonuses to defense/breakthrough and morale.
Removed weird urban/fort bonuses from anti air and heavy anti air support companies.
Fixed issues with naval docrines: bonuses sometimes missed out for battle cruisers, some org bonuses for carriers were too high.
Updated netherlands focus tree.
Lowered how much resistance damage buildings at lower resistance scale.
British shadow scheme focus now requires 20% world tension.
Italy can now get the CRDA capital ship designer earlier (by the battleship focus)
Forced historical MP rule now disables some Bulgarian choices and keeps spain from forming the Latin Alliance faction.
Increased cost of carrier deck space by 500.
Lowered max planning bonus total you get from grand battleplan tree by 2%, lowered supply bonus by 2%
