*The ability to do LEGAL ship upgrades is fixed. Well more like the vanilla mechanic was improved by me.
*Added the ability to actually upgrade up to T9 without cheating. I forgot to include that previously.

*Now compatible with Mad Tulips Space ship mod(with life support patch too).
*All assets moved to requisite mod for easier server support.
