Playing my longest HoI game in years, so I added an event for the 1957 C.S. Presidential Election for those similarly burdened.

In the latest update, the naval branch of the CSA focus tree now has an option to boost submarine tech and unlock cruiser submarines, because subs--and doing brave, mad things with them--are very, very Southern.
