*Ever baffled by why PI locks countries (like the USA) into a specific war doctrine then includes theorists for inaccessible doctrines. Given the limited options, I restored G.S. Patton as a CSA theorist but changed him to Blitzkrieg Theorist. The Confederate Army is still locked into Grand Battle Plan, but adding "Old Blood and Guts" as a theorist at least makes the tanks go faster.

The Five Tribes now use a modified Generic Focus Tree, better customized for their landlocked status.
