* New dialing system revamp
* Short and long dialing modes, depending on DHD or dialing method
* Gate block animations for long dialing modes
* Gates now have unique per-server addreses
* Full PB control for gates, using addresses
* More sounds (entering gate, exiting, collision with shield/iris)
* New DHD (Atlantis offworld)
* DHDs have individual woring buttons for dialing addresses.
* DHDs show gates shared with player, for quick dialing.
* Stargates have an influence region, where inside only one gate is addressible. Server admins can use /stargate gateinfluence <number> to change the radius, in meters. Default for new worlds is 10000m, existing words is 1000m.
* Death and damage fixes
* Voxel texture fixes
