*improve the main menu state. add a game_start presentation for it with the side pic.
*improve loading
*fix script warnings with the cf_ and remove some cruft.
*fix speeder animation flags. still not working as expected.

-Fix outer terrain borders.
-Hack-fix division by zero in start:close_dialog.1, have to take a look at this later on.
-Fix unknown speeder animation error.
-Add placeholder UI backgrounds and Warband skinned elements for the time being. Fixed HP meter and scrollbars.

- Implement animated planets in the overall map.
- Remove blood tinting. Blood particles still appearing.
- Initial Warband interface rework. Still work in progress.
- Automatic Workshop deployments from now on.

- Don't make blaster bolts and force effects pickupable in Warband. Ignore gravity.
- Attempt to fix division by zero in line 27 of script_calculate_troop_ai.
- Make it so that wiki notes (factions, troops and places) show up in Warband.

Reimplemented our custom HLSL shaders in the Warband version.
Windows clients now should display the effects correctly.
