*add the warband shaders file to mercurial. i'm a genius. fixes planets using the static HLSL technique in Windows, like Geonosis and Kessel.
*experiment with a smarter way of checking if Steam is ready in the build bot, checking the logs for an auth OK and failing on timeout or error.

*fix the damn speeder animations. this one was tricky as hell. there's something seriously wrong with the ID indexing when using strings.
