First bugfix patch

Major fixes
CTD on first fascist event fixed
German focus AI stuck on May escalation fixed

Minor fixes
Defense build idea removed upon completion of focus "Complete fortifications"
Voluntarily returning Zaolzie removes the core.
Minor trigger improvements, including improving non-historic order of play. AI still rudimentary.

Balances
Polish, Hungarian and Austrian border forts receive -1 fort per province for the focus. 3 each.
Slovakia line now receives -2 forts per province for the focus. 4 each.

Full Summary

Inheriting the largest share of the industry from the empire which came before, Czechoslovakia was one of the most industrialized nations of the era, ranking 10th globally. The industry and government heavily investing in modernizing its army and building a massive elaborate wall of defenses, but there is not enough time to achieve everything you want to. Appeasement, betrayal and shrewd manipulation of internal politics left Czechoslovakia incredibly vulnerable.

This mod is largely based upon following the events at the time, but allowing you to diverge at the moment of your choosing. Can you defend your nation? Can you defeat the German empire.

National Changes
Reworked Division layout- based off historical organisations- see more further down
Completely new Focus tree, with 60 focuses based off historical context
~130 new events, both normal and news based off of historical events, exploring a variety of themes
Selection of ideas to compliment these changes.
To better reflect the Czechoslovakian army, and draft, you start with limited conscription, with extensive conscription available via the focus tree. You also start with Free Trade.
Added a starting negative idea of Defensive Fervour (+20% civilian factory ratio)
4 new political ideas

Art additions
Revamped technology tree appropriate to Czechoslovakia, notably tanks and aircraft, infantry equipment, and a few miscellaneous such as AT guns or trucks.
Custom colourized portraits based off historical photos.
Custom event pictures based off historical photos

Map changes
Bratislava and Plzen are now Urban terrain
Western Peak of Czechoslovakia now Mountains
Southern Slovakia reshaped to remove it’s Austrian border under the river
-6 from the initial defensive forts, built via focus instead, with less holes.
+4 initial military factories, but limited the growth of more somewhat
Sudetenland is now an Urban region, providing +2 factory slots
The Sudetenland and Zaolzie now ~accurately represents the ~70% of the Czechoslovakian steel industry, with a national starting total of 120 steel. Representing their position as the 7th largest producer in the world.
Moravia Oil is now represented as a starting 6, expandable via focus tree.
Tungsten has been removed as it is a modern discovery afaik

Fixes
England and France are prevented from guaranteeing Czechoslovakia in the case they reject the Munich Diktat, as that goes against the spirit of the Munich Agreement
Germany will no longer declare war on Poland or France while at war with Czechoslovakia
