Added Bosnia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus (the latter two are back from the grave).

More map tweaks around the world. Most states for now are back to their colonial overlords.

Added the first few party names to Britain, France, Germany, Austria, Australia and the US.

Most countries currently have no elections to not change their ideologies unexpectedly.

Complete revamp of the political system into 11 ideologies.

Sadly, that meant taking a few steps back on leaders and provinces, making the mod less progressed in these terms than they were before. Meh. I will get them back eventually.

States are now in shapes to accurately represent African countries and the conflicts in Israel, Kurdistan and Kashmir.

Added a basic National Focus Tree, that does not do that much yet.
