Made the mod more compatible with other tech mods, at the cost of potential errors.
Fixed a thing that led to things not being in places they should be.

Huge update to the naval tree - including nuclear ships.
The logistics errors should be fixed now, but it will only work for new save files.
Now more incompatible with everything else.

Added 1948 naval units
Flavor text is not implemented for these yet - I mostly just wanted to test everything.
There is also a strange bug with naming in Battleships/Carriers that I have no idea about. "Carrier V"

Added tank units for 1947 and '49.
