-Addition of Destroyer Escorts, Coastal Battleships, and additional Heavy Cruiser model (Armoured Cruisers)
-Corrections to starting OOBs to account for these
-Reduces costs of non-capital naval techs somewhat
-Increased build times for Fast BBs and Superheavy BBs
-Addition of various AI improvements based on HoI4 Forum and Reddit suggestions

-Removed several non-naval/air related changes, these will be rolled into the upcoming Extended Rework Mod which will cover everything NRM does, plus Air, Armour and Industry enchancements
