Continue to clean up and tinker.

  1. Restored turkey's politics to vanilla.
  2. Changed Turkey mountain brigade to mountain division.
  3. Removed states only changed by claims and put claims in Megali Idea focus.
  4. Fixed two focus idea costs.
  5. Created new focus icon.

Felt like working on the tree today and adding options to join the French or Italians if they form their own factions. Think I'm happier with the tree now but we will see.

  3. Rearranged politics tree.

I keep finding things I want to tweak and change.

  1. Improved some custome tooltips.
  2. Changed mountain division name.
  3. Added volunteer national idea.

Wow its been a long time since my last update. This is the pre-1.5 patch update. It will likely be followed by one or two to squish bugs before 1.5 and then one or two after 1.5 making it compatible and adding Decisions.

Okay so a lot of the text sucks. I get bored when I type to much and start throwing in movie quotes. It happens. Not really happy with the politik branch and may add another focus or two. Plus tweak effects. By all means throw some ideas my way on what effects a focus should have.

  1. Changed advisor trait from compassionate gentleman to staunch monarchist.
  2. Changed purple background to a purpleler purple for two icons.

Somehow I've completely missed fixing the vulnerability of the Byz to political influence even though I've been bit by it in many campaigns. So I changed one of the political advisors traits from compassionate gentleman to staunch monarchist which should help.

  1. Added cancel if invalid commands to focuses.

This should prevent the stuck focus issue if your government flips during a focus that requires another government. There is still the issue about making the tree back up and letting you go down the other path with mutually exclusives. I'll need to examine that more.

  1. Added Megali Idea focus.
  2. Removed Bulgaria and Cyprus Friend focuses
  3. Rearranged early claims focuses.
  4. Added focus icon.
  5. Changed two focus icons.
  6. Added two events each for Constantinople and Athens falling and being recaptured.
  7. Removed non-aggression pacts.
  8. Fixed Three Romes event so it fires again.

Spent more time tinkering with the focus icons than adding events. Just not happy with the Megali Idea and Justiniains Dream icons. Think I'm finally satisfied with the non-aligned focus. I want to do more with the political and industrial focuses but just have not settled on anything yet. Have still not written any of the claim to core events or the rename events. Apologies if changing the focuses breaks anyones save game.

  1. Updates version number to 1.4.*
  2. Added on startup so intro pops immediately.
  3. Added will_lead_to_war_with to some focuses to make the AI get ready.

In an HOI4 mood again so I'm going to finally be changing and shuffling focuses. May create a tree for Turkey too. Warning: Changing the focus tree too much may make saved games crash. Sorry but the focuses are overdue for some work.
