1. Remove Trait Points policy. Add two new options in Cheat Menu, one is "give 50 trait points and enable Genatic Modification", the other is "unlock all ascension slots". In my opinion, these two cheats are kind of "no tuning back", so i make them as Empire Modifier not policies.

2. Add several new policies, including megastructure building, species modification and terraforming.

3. Tweak a couple of old policies, add some 1.5update new modifiers to them. For example, food cap and trust cap.

Compatible with 1.5 and Utopia now.

1. Add a button to active the Cheat Menu at the Up-Right corner of game main UI. You can totally shut down any cheat through this menu. This menu will get other options lately.

2. Change some cheat policies to use 1.5 Update new modifiers, for example the food buff is country based now.

3. The pre-scripted Necron is reworked to fit 1.5 update. It should function like any other pre-scripted country with a little difference. You can get the detail information in country description.

4. Add a new cheat police to increase the production of new resource Unity.

This update is a preparation for the huge 1.5 game update:

1. Shut down a couple of options(i.e. give tech&traits, food buff) to avoid potential conflict with 1.5 update and Utopia DLC. These options may not come back and will be replaced with new stuff(like Traditions or Ascension Perks, just thoughts for now).

2. The pre-scripted Necron is working different from before. If you choose this country, any traits you pick will be useless(most other setting works normally). A new Necron species with fixed traits setting will be generated after you click "Begin" and replace the orignal one to become your dominant species. All pops' species will be changed to new one. All old leader will be killed and generate new ones. You need to assign them to science ship etc. This is the only way to make the species get immortal property.

3. The research buff police works a little different from before. Now you can get two groups of buff. One is flat monthly resources buff and another is old multiple speed buff.

4. Add a new cheat police for trait points. This one is not very powerful for now. After the 1.5 update, with some new modifiers the Paradox provides like modify_species_cost_mult in Patch Notes, this police may become very useful to easily add/remove traits of species in your country.

PS: The 1.5 Bank Update and Utopia DLC contain a huge number of new contents. I will need a long time to test them and to see what i can provide in this MOD. But if i get something working, i will update asap. For example, the Unity buff and Megastructures construction buff should be done quickly after the patch.

A little tweak for how "Improve Tile Quality" working. Should be less micro-control now

Add a start system initializer, it contains a very rich home planet with several immense level deposit, some strategic resources and a black hole as star. All the resources on the home planet is deposit so you can edit the tile as you wish through edicts.

"Improve Tile Quality" edict is also get a buff, now you can add multiple deposits on the same tile, i.e. add two 4 energy deposits you will get 8 energy on one tile.

Add two new cheat policies, to modify resources storage and some diplomacy actions effect.

Tweak research policy from "tile_resource_xxx_mult" to a much simpler "all_technology_research_speed". This will not change the results. Need to re-pick if you load a game saved before this update.

A little tweak of "Improve Tile Quality", now you can mark multiple tiles and change them at same time.
