Changed a little of the Powerful Synthetic option:

Now the Synthetic pop can be gene modified but will affect by happiness and able to join faction.

This will make the Hive MInd + Powerful Synthetic + Biology Path a very meaningful choice.

1. Add an new Option in Cheat Menu: Powerful Synthetic

In my opinion, the game original Synthetic Evolution is weaker than other two Ascension path. The biology path is powerful and psionic path is pretty much fun. So I make this Cheat to provide something similar but more useful.

This option will transform all your species in your country into synthetic pop (same as Synthetic Evolution) but more powerful. They are built quickly, not affect by happiness and don't need energy to maintain. After choosing this option, you still can pick Ascension Perk of Synthetic/Biology/Psionic path. But if you pick original Synthetic Ascension Perk after this option, your species will change back to the original weak Synthetic.

Through this option you can create a species with both synthetic&psionic traits and then play with Shroud.

2. Thanks to modding experience from above option, the pre-scripted Necron is finally a robot species now. This means you need to build every pop like normal robots. Not like Synthetic Evolution, Necron will keep every traits you pick during empire custom part, still be able to be gene modified and won't affect by artificial intelligence policy.

Merge the Terraformer and Planet Destroyer into one Megastructure: Planet Transformer and provide the similar function.

After finish the construction, it will trigger a event with two options: Terraform and Destroy. The terraform option need Climate Restoration technology.

Using event can provide more function in the future.

2. Need to get Climate Restoration technology to unlock Terraformer megastructure

Add two Megastructure:

1. Terraformer: This is a terraformer which can terraform any un-habitable main planet to a barren world with terraforming candidate modifier.

2. Planet Destroyer: This Megastructure can totally destroy the planet it built on.

1. Changed the design of Summoned Dreadnought. Add one Ex large Tachyon Lance.
