-final boss part 1 hp reduced
-energy capsules added to fort 7
-fort 6 now spawns you after the boss refights if you have beaten them all already. This was already done by leaving the bosses beaten between gameovers, but now skips you right next to the stage boss door instead of the start of the stage

-cloud bullet enemy in fort 1 moved slightly to the left
-cloud bullets now die to volt and torch's weapon in 1 hit

-added 6 state variables to the boss AI planner, letting you control six true or false variables to control the state of the boss, allowing single timers to do multiple things depending on their state
-fixed going to bed with stop drinking coffee

-fixed screen borders in custom stage player from letting the player stand on them in rooms above (prevents you from falling into pits in some situations, like an invisible platform under the screen)

-last outstanding bug i knew of should be fixed. Bosses should no longer get stuck in the left wall. This should end the large amount of mini updates tonight

-cleaned out a possible memory leak in the editor

-pause menu correctly shows W and E panels
-added metal blades, crash bombs, needle cannon, and a carrots to the custom boss weapons
