- NPC ships don't attack, when neutral anymore
- AI can prioritize targets based of how dangerous and close it is

Encounters frequency TRIPLED, now asteroid density option is actually useful - you can pick desired encounter frequence by picking one of three asteroid density levels. Minor fixes.

Cargoships calling for cops while wasn't attacked fixed, now it should stop neutral cop waves destroying everything you had.
+ New large grid respawnship with medbay - Ibis!

- Integrated Projector Preview mod temporarily removed, since it's not that used yet (main usage is in upcoming shipyards) and it was causing issues;
