Changed some sounds over to BF3 sounds
Did a few more under-the-hood tweaks related to BF3 sounds
Updated the kit bag and weapon entity controls to make it so you can carry the item with USE and you will unpack/pick up the item with WALK+USE

Added more setup code to help with future patches for RT scopes
