May 17 Update

- Changed enumeration animation calls to sequence tables
- Converted all animations on all weapons to use sequence name tables
- Changed HL2 .357 to use the shell reload base
- Fixed HL2 .357 ejecting brass
- Fixed HEAT Galil bipod down not animating
- Fixed several animation cut-offs
- Fixed reload and empty reloads not properly delegating order of operations
- Fixed shell loader iron sights
- Added bipod base (unfinished)
- Moved DoD:S MG 42 and M1919 to bipod base

- Fixed HL2 Pry Bar not animating
