Classical Buildings balance now removed. Inn and Agoras weren't feeling loved ever since the changes to caravansary and writer guilds. thecrazyscotsman's herbalist also conflicts with the CBP's inn.
All Neolithic Wonders produce +2 tourism when archaeology is discovered.
All Neolithic Wonders has their cost significantly reduced.
Chemist and Apothecary now adds +10% science of its city's output into the research total upon a new birth of a citizen.

Ggantija now has a fix on flavor. Vanilla Neolithic Wonder referenced FLAVOR_FAITH instead of FLAVOR_RELIGION.
Fixed MoreDiplomacyText by adding a large number to every XML column so that it can never conflict with anything else since Gazebo did a hidden change to a diplomacy text which caused the MoreDiplomacyXML text to fail.
Any unit on a pontoon bridge receives a temporary promotion lost upon movement: Providing +10% cover against ranged attacks, no penalty when attacking from the pontoon bridge(was -50% because the unit attacking from a coast tile was hardcoded to be "embarked" technically), but -25% penalty when attacking city.
Reduced the maintenance of the following upgrades: Market, Bank, and Stock Exchange.

Added BlouBlou's Pontoon Bridge compatiblity. Now produces +1 culture and +1 gold.
Granary Upgrade provides +10% additional food per population instead of +5%.
Wall/Castle/Arsenal/Military Base Upgrade has their sea route extension reduced in half to equate to the land route extension properties.
Caravansary/Harbor now cost 1/2 maintenance, but give out much less gold bonus in return.

Polynesia's Marae and Inca's Stone Temple no longer requires a shrine to be built.

Compatible with (10-1) Update of CBP.

Parochial School now provides +1 faith for every 3 citizens.
Botanical Garden now provides +3 of their previous yield and now +3 faith.
Town Council now provides +1 production for every 4 citizens and now -10% of acquisition of new tiles.
Updated text based to reflect on the (8/24) CBP.
Depots now provide +1 production and +1 gold for every 4 citizens.
Polder Mills now provide +25% building modifier and properly provides +3 food instead of +2 food.
Barnenez now provides +1 production for every 5 citizens.
Skarabrae now provides +1 food for every 10 citizens.
Newgrange now provides +1 faith for every 5 citizens.
Sewer System now adds food upon a new birth of a citizen by 40%.. (If your cities produced +20 food per turn, upon a new citizen, it would give you 8 additional food for the next citizen.)
Sewer System no longer carries food and now only has 1 maintenance.
Aqueduct Upgrade now adds food upon a new birth of a citizen by 25% and no longer carry food and upkeep maintenance.

Most XML files converted to SQL files which produces marginally less errors.

Reworked Upgrades of Library, University, Public School, and Laboratory into producing more science in exchange for eating more gold based on population. (Reduced maintenance also slightly for adjustment).
Added more diplomacy text.
Chemist is now 1 maintenance and produces +2 research along with +1 research per 10 citizens(was 20 citizens and 4 maintenance).

Building Upgrade Systems by BlouBlou is now a reference again, no more a dependency.
Every Building Upgrades not added by BlouBlou now checks for his mod if it is activated or not. If not, the buildings will 'exist' but will not be buildable for anybody.
Added Medieval and Renaissance Building Pack by thecrazyscotsman to our balance mod compatibility.

Not savegame compatible.

Temple of Faith now provides +2 faith.
Capital Embassy provides +1 great diplomat point.
Monument of Might and Shrine of Strength adds +4 to city healthpoint.
Temple of Power adds +7 to city healthpoint.
