Destroy and Convert Settlement v10 (19/03/2017)

Added the Game Rule "Destroy and Convert Settlement" which allows you 3 choices:
- Balanced: The mod as it has always worked, with money cost and impact on your vassal and revolt risk
- Free: A mode where price and impact are completely negated
- Off: If you want to play a normal game without having to check out the mod in the launcher

*Finally fixed the bug that allowed AI characters to use the Convert Settlements Decisions. These decisions, at the exception of the Tribal one, should now be only available to Players. No more ruined Constantinople!

*Fixed an unintented behavior by the AI where, when awarded feudal counties, would lose ownership of provinces in favor of Republic/Theocracies.

Destroy and Convert Settlement v6 (16/08/2015)

Disabled the Convert Settlement decisions for AI while I look into AI Behavior issues, as well as rework of the Recent Revolt province modifiers.
* AI should not longer use the Convert Settlement decisions
* Recent Revolt have been reworked, each rebellion will now increase the Revolt Risk Reduction modifier by 5%. When the reduction hits the increase by the Destroyed Holding/Temple, both modifiers will be cleared.
* Added a small invisible event that clears Recent Revolt modifiers when the Destroyed Holding/Temple modifiers expires.

Destroy and Convert Settlement v4 (08/08/2015)

Small bugfix and gameplay improvement
* Defeating a revolt from a Destroyed Holding will now reduce the revolt risk by 5%, stackable.
* The AI will now avoid to destroy holdings in a province as long as the Destroyed Holding or Destroyed Temple modifiers are active in said province.
* Fixed a bug where the AI would convert their Tribal Holding to a Tribal Holding, adding the Destroyed Holding modifier to their province without reason.
