Added some changes found by Octavius (and in his patch 19 data typos mod as well):

--Added missing bonus recruitment effect to the HATG Roman Auxiliary Lv.4 barracks in the building_effects_junction_tables.

--Added missing line for naval artillery rate of fire effects in the effect_bonus_value_ids_unit_sets_tables.

--Fixed the effect_scope for the Palmyra Top Recruit technology to be in_all_your_provinces so the experience bonus actually gets applied to new land army recruits. Edits made to the technology_effects_junction_tables.

--Fixed some previously reported reversed agent trait effects in the trait_level_effects_tables.

--Added the missing Theban Hippeus unit to the Boiotia custom battle roster in the units_custom_battle_permissions_tables.

--Added Kushite Archers and Royal Kushite Archers to missile_weapons_bows group in unit_set_to_unit_ junctions_tables.

Updated unit_set_to_unit_junctions table to give ED bodyguard units the full attributes of bodyguards. (As noted by Octavius in the official forums in Dec, 2017).

Fixed a serious ED bug which prevented Gallic empire vassal states from recruiting useful armies.

Armed Citizenry Units/Unit Groups: Helvetii missing garrisons for Bronze Forge and Bronze Furnace corrected

Land Units: ED (Empire Divided) Sax mounted warband with a Sassanid leader fixed

Main Units: ED German pikemen with Roman voices fixed

Melee weapons: Eastern axes missing armor piercing attribute fixed

Warscape: Missing iron pilums fixed

E10) Principle: Elite versions of units should not see their stats decrease without reason. Change: Numidian noble cavalry and mercenary equivalent reload value increased from 20 to 28, same as regular Numidians. 2 lines changed. From BruceR
