Scales between 1-3 kills required based on number of players.
1-3 is 1 kill.
4-5 is 2 kills.
6-10 is 3 kills.

Now scales number of kills to "rank up", half the number of connected players.

Reworked spell replacement logic.
Shouldn't crash on spells like Avalanche anymore.
