-duration and size of several FXs (fighter/corvette damage, resource smoking) have been reduced, better performance
-a lot of ships meshes and textures have been reduced to free video ram, better performance
-cpu become "immune" to nebula progressively
-scripts rate lowered a bit again, for each ship
-improved how cpu handles its collector in resource fields
-fixed a bug where the cpu started with 1-4 collectors more then you
-now cpu invests its money in all upgrades, not only in the main attack/health/resource
-fixed a bug where the cpu motherships were invincible with shields at power level 10, late game
-fixed a bug for the vgr command fortress that detects ghost juggernauts
-now the juggernaut explodes before reach and impact on your mothership
-motherships health increased by 20%
-patchers balanced again, less resistence
-more tooltips and descriptions for remote weapons, so players know how to use them
-mining bases now are more generous
-cpu builds less remote weapons
-vgr grinder weapon range reduced by 15%
-minor arrangements on UI and hints
-polish in general

-script update rate of all ships has been lowered a bit to have better performance
-hgn defense Platform are now salvageable
-AI update rate lowered for better performance

-Hiigaran Scavenger now can build weapons subsystems
-patchers bug (Sob_Group query missed) fixed, no gen. failure
-resource FXs are more light, for better performance
-subsystems ambient lights rate lowered, for better performance
-fighters/corvettes/frigates wrecks stay less on screen after the ship sxplodes, better performance
-unit capacity, no more 3 battlecruisers + 3 vortex for Hiigaran
-minor improvements on AI

-patchers are more easy to kill, also a new command allows you to orter a specific attack vs patchers from Capital Ships
-the AI strenght has been lowered down a bit
-now harvest and build abilities change based on the game setting slow->fast
-UI icons have been scaled down a bit and converted to .dds so you can save 40-50MByte of video RAM, more performance
-map boundless galaxy no more kill you with the nebula at the beginning
-minor text and UI arrangements

-destroyers and defense platforms start with pre-built basic weapons
-players no longer die at the beginning in boundless galaxy map
-text arrangments
