The real 1.24.2.1 update, but I accidentally doubled the mod size by placing a .zip of the mod in the upload folder.

Update: Jul 28, 2024 @ 4:58am

1.24.2.0 Changelog:
ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Added an ui-based achievement system, similar to the one found in vanilla eu4. This means that achievements can only be earned in ironman mode, but unlike vanilla you can still inspect them outside of ironman.
-Added 12 achievements of varying difficulty for Elysia/Rhomania.
-Completing achievements will show a pop-up window, complete with a larger artwork and a short description.

EXARCHS:
-Added a new custom gui for exarchs, replacing the old system of decisions and diplomatic interactions. Actions such as granting and seizing provinces can now be done from the province view, while annexation and granting all provinces in the region can be done from the diplomatic tab.
-Added 4 new exarch interactions:
--Bolster Administration; which converts your diplomatic power to exarch's administrative power and forces them to spend all their admin on coring.
--Offer Military Assistance; which you can use to raise exarch's stability at the cost of your military power.
--Send Aid (toggled); which you can use to spend ducats in order to reduce the unrest in exarch's provinces and its liberty desire.
--Crack Down on Heresy (toggled); which you can use to make converting provinces in exarch's lands easier, at the cost of your relationship with heretics and heathens.
-Exarchs now have a higher baseline liberty desire, but get less liberty desire from development
-Exarchs now lose 5% liberty desire per positive stability point.
-Added a new flag for the exarch of Megáli Portogalía.
-Changed the symbol on Exarch of Aphrike's flag from a Punic one to a Berber one.
-Added Anatolian exarch, which can be formed after In Alexios' Footsteps is completed and you have sided with the Turks. If Orhan was taken his dynasty will take control of the exarch.
-Added the Exarchate of Illyria, separating it from Konstantinia.
-Added A Kastrioti Homecoming event, available only if Albanians were taken, where Skanderbeg's descendants can be put in charge of Illyria.
-Exarchs can now be released and played as, using a new diplomatic interaction.
-Added a new government reform for independent exarchs.
-Exarch of Aphrike can now form Carthage.
-Exarchs now adopt overlord's years of separatism modifier, and provinces retain separatism when swapped between an exarch and its overlord.
-Exarchs now copy the overlord's administrative efficiency and coring cost modifiers.
-Added the ability to turn old world vassals into Exarchs, provided no exarch exists yet in their capital region.
-Portuguese Exarch (and exarchs created from vassals) no longer automatically give you their provinces outside their home region, you now have to seize them via a new interaction.
-All exarchs now follow a fixed idea group progression.
-There is no longer a delay between you conquering a province and it being transferred to exarch. If you wish to retain the province you can use the new Assert Ownership button in the exarch's province gui.
