I have revised the chaos corruption recruitment. All corruption give the chaos warrior and chaos knight recruitment capacity option for warriors of chaos, depending on how high the corruption of EVERY corruption is.

crown of command now doesn't need targeting, as it should since it effect wroks map wide.
