-Dutch VOC Port no longer buffs research rate
-Academy building chain gets a 5% boost to research rate for each tier
-Dojo garrison units should now work with the Ikko Ikki Garrison chain
-Slightly decreased AI economic bonuses for Very Hard and Hard
-Slightly decreased player economic penalties for Very Hard and Hard
-The "Outpost" chain of the training school chain has gotten a buff to # of samurai added to dynamic unit cap.
-Added Professional Yumi Ronin and Professional Yari Ronin to the "Stealth" (Ninja) building chain for non-Ikko Japanese factions. Cost more, have more charge, and recruit in 2 turns.
-Big AI Change: The AI no longer has a -100 bonus to unrest. Legendary still has -10, VH has -6, Hard has -6. Let's see how it plays.
-Made the "Castle Farms" land clearance building chain worth less to the AI, hopefully they dont build so many.
-Increased calibration range area for all archers
-For 1.5x submod: Reverted Kumi and Ashigaru spear units to 300 and 330 respectively (330/360 was too much)
-Slightly reduced reload time for Kumi/Ashigaru archers

-Big AI Change: The AI no longer has a -100 bonus to unrest. Legendary still has -10, VH has -6, Hard has -6. Let's see how it plays. Lemme know if the AI gets kneecapped by its own stupidity not dealing with unrest.

-Reverted Portuguese ships to non Boshin to fix Galleons becoming steamships. THIS WILL BREAK SAVES SEE BELOW

@FoulestGuide You know, I took some time after work and made a prayer to the Omnissiah, and the answer that I got back is that I was wrong. Anything I put in this mod is a potential crash vector, but more than that...I dont need to make a submod because JasonXia made one for me. Then I added it in. Which defeats the point of a submod...

So I was wrong, and I apologize.

-Portugal had some whack clan bonuses like "kneel fire" and "more expensive spearmen" which...uh okay. So instead I made the bonuses +15% to looting and +10% to religious conversion.
