-Gave Bow Cavalry Samurai (Kiba Musha) skirmish ability

-changed Firebomb Mangonel Bune marines from throwing bombs to shooting the Bo-Hiya fire arrows. Makes it better when an attack command doesnt make your Mangonel Bune charge straight to the enemy. Makes the ship less deadly overall, though. Let me know if the Bo-Hiyas arent accurate enough.

-Raised the base reload time for Portuguese naval cannons significantly to offset the recent power boost. But yes, Portugal is supposed to own the waves.

-All Hatamoto melee get +3 attack (they werent worth it)

-Make Donderbus Cavalry accuracy much more like a blunderbuss (wider spread), and set the range to 80. This way you can skirmish easier but if you fire at the full 80 you get less kills.
