-Base buildings are now standardized in terms of build costs and times: Company HQ's cost 15 fuel and 150 mp, Regimental Support cost 50 fuel and 200 mp, and Divisional Support cost 100 fuel and 250 mp; build times are 60 seconds, 120 seconds and 240 seconds respectively. American command post activations have equivalent costs and completion times.

-All constructable buildings limited to 4 engineers. This is to reduce rapid teching, due to the bonuses to having more than 4 engineers working on a buildable object at a given time and the enlargement of engineer squad sizes.

-All infantry squads now have some kind of sprint ability that is NOT dependent on a Commander. This excludes any and all weapon teams. Munitions cost removed.

-Working in custom hotkeys.

-Added a Bazooka gunner to the 57mm AT Gun team.

-AT Rifle Teams now have an additional submachine gunner.

- Added Flamethrower Sections as a Regimental support option. Comprised of 8 soldiers armed with RoK-3 flamethrowers and an NCO armed with a rifle, these sections are useful for burning stubborn enemy infantry out of cover.

- Fixed some population cost issues. Some infantry units had a higher population count than they should have had.

- Penal Squads now gain the ability to use Molotov Cocktails when the upgrade is researched. Also, as befitting troops that are expected to die and for whom retreat is not an option, satchel charges are no longer available and the ability to retreat a Penal Squad has been removed. The squads are now immune to suppression and Oorrah! is unlocked as well.

Equipped with 8 Kar 98k rifles and the ability to infiltrate, the entire squad can be upgraded to use StG44's.

- Increased GrW 42 crew size to 6.

- Increased the squad cap for Panzergrenadier Tank Destroyer Teams to 2.

- Switched the model used by Panzergrenadiers to one used by Obersoldaten.


Soviets
---------

- Added Scout Squad as a Regimental option for the Strelkovy Kompanya. A reconnaisance element, these troops have slightly improved sight range and double the normal cammo detection range. Equipped with 9 PPSh-41's and the ability to infiltrate, they also have better accuracy than regular Soviet infantry and improved morale.

- Fixed DSHk Team call-in population requirements.

- Fixed HM-120 Team call-in population requirements.
