Smoothed out Ai's tank production, they used to spam tanks after a certain point (like 90 tank divs with a decifit of 25k tanks). Now they spam out inf, then tanks, then go back to inf after they have enough tanks

Ai in a faction with a country that has over 100 rubber will build more planes then usual

Ai micro scripts were improved to a point im somewhat happy with

Added custom italy strat for ETH (I saw two games out of 15 where they failed to take it, so i added a custom front management for them)

Added custom flags for modders look in the "For Modders" text file (Not flag as in the american flag, but flag as in disabling scripts without needing to overwrite the files)

Reworked ai navy, they should now act about as competent as a average hoi player
