Test Prismatic Item: Twin Mask!
So, while Prismatic Items as a whole are some time away, I had a little burst of motivation to try and make one of the more interesting ones for this update! Twin Mask: an arena exclusive Prismatic Item, is now craftable as a powerful endgame item for the sake of testing and a little fun.

- Crafting Recipe: Liandry's Anguish (1) + All Lunar Fragments (10) @ Ancient Manipulator
- Passive: [Unanimity] Bind yourself to an ally player. While bound, you gain 25% of their Ability Power and Attack Damage. Solo players can alternatively bind to themselves (subject to change)

Misc. Changes
- Updated Jungle Pet egg sprites
- Updated Gustwalker Hatchling's AI slightly. Jungle Pet AI still needs a rework, but it might be the most reliable of the pets currently

Fixes
- Fixed Bone Plating spawning Biscuits while off cooldown
- Fixed Fimbulwinter and Winter's Approach mana conversion calculations

Another small-ish update, solving a few bugs as well as tweaking some items

Fleet Footwork (Rune) (NEW!*)
- Build up stacks while moving. At full stacks, your next attack restores 20 HP.
- Crafted with Precision Fragment (2) + Boots (1) @ Tinkerer's Workshop
*I mistakenly forgot to actually add the accessory last time, whoops!

Biscuit Delivery (Rune)
- Altered Passive: Now grants a 5% Chance for killed enemies to drop a Total Biscuit of Everlasting Will
Old passive may return in future, but for now this is more convenient, less broken and hopefully prevents other issues with the rune

Fiendish Codex
- New crafting recipe: Amplifying Tome (1) + Glowing Mote (1) @ Crystal Ball

Rabadon's Deathcap
- Now grants +10% Ability Power (15% for Masterwork)
- Masterwork Ability Power Gain: 1.5x > 1.3x (Reset)

Sunfire Aegis
- Ability Haste: 5% > 6% (Typo)

Jack of All Trades (Rune)
- Now grants Ability Haste properly

Transcendence (Rune)
- Ability Haste now adds properly
- Altered Rune Progression:

| Post-Skeletron: 7.5%
| Hardmode: 10%
| Post-1 Mech Boss: 12.5%

Fixes
- Attack Speed Scaling no longer requires more than 0 AD to apply

Another small patch! No major new content this time, though there's been some changes to items and a couple fixes.

Hubris
Now makes enemies more likely to target the user

Mortal Reminder & Morellonomicon
- Can now be crafted with Ichor (No longer evil-locked)

Tunneler
- No longer dropped by Undead Miner

Thornmail
- Now makes enemies considerably more likely to target the user

Sunfire Aegis
- Now makes enemies more likely to target the user

Warmog's Armor
- Now makes enemies slightly more likely to target the user

Zhonya's Hourglass
- While in Stasis, enemies are less likely to target the user

Plated Steelcaps
- Enemies are slightly more likely to target the user (Applies to all tiers of Plated Steelcaps)

Domination Fragment
- Now dropped by Skeletron (5%)

Resolve Fragment
- Now dropped by Deerclops (5%)

Ignite
- Burn Damage: 5/s > 10s
- Now reduces the target's defense by 10%

Fixes
- Fixed Bramble Vest and Thornmail not syncing up over multiplayer
- Fixed Imperial Mandate constantly marking enemies (again)

- Delay between Stacks: 1 second > 2 seconds

Graggy Ice
- Crafting Recipe now creates 4 at a time for the same price

Runaan's Hurricane
- Passive Cooldown: 5 seconds > 1 second
- Passive Damage: 10% of initial hit > 8% of initial hit

Tear of the Goddess
- No longer grants Max Health (Typo)

Navori Quickblades
- NEW PASSIVE: [Transcendence] Critical Hits grant 1% Attack Speed, up to 15%
- NEW PASSIVE: [Impermanence] Gain up to 20% Ability Power based on Critical Chance
- Crafting Recipe Changed: Now requires Caulfield's Warhammer, is now crafted at the Tinkerer's Workshop

Redemption
- Shop Price: 1 Platinum Coin > 50 Gold Coins

System Changes

Ability Haste Adjustments
Ability Haste has been adjusted to now provide Attack Speed for any weapon that uses Ability Power! This was one of the initial ideas for haste, but after feedback and suggestions I've decided to enable it. Note that active cooldowns are still affected by Ability Haste regardless.

- RA Attack Speed now only applies to weapons that use Attack Damage (Nashor's Tooth and Runes are the only exceptions)
- Ability Haste now provides increased Attack Speed for Ability Power weapons


Sell Price Changes
A majority of items (primarily accessories) have been given proper prices and values! This should make sense of reforge, sell and purchase prices.

Fixes
- Fixed Lost Chapter activating even while the cooldown is active
- Fixed Masterwork Blade of the Ruined King conflicting with Sheen items
- Removed a debug text that showed up while using Rapid Firecannon
- Fixed Arcane Comet not firing projectiles
- Fixed Graggy Ice taking extra time to consume
