Update 1.4.60: Summoner Spells

Hey everyone! New update, and this time it's about Summoner Spells! Summoner Spells are new accessories that can be equipped in 2 new accessory slots. Like in league, these spells provide utility effects similar to runes, and can be activated depending on what slot they're in. Once again huge shoutout to the Runeterran Accessories Discord members who have made all these changes possible!

Lethal Tempo (Keystone)
- Gain 0.40% Attack Speed on hit, up to 40%. At max stacks, gain 5% Attack Damage and Ability Power

Summoner Spells
Summoner Spells have made their way to Runeterran Accessories! These can be equipped in 2 new dedicated accessory slots below the Rune slots. Runes in the leftmost slot are activated with your first Summoner Spell binding, while the rightmost slot uses the second.

Flash
- Activate to teleport to the position of your mouse
- 5s Cooldown
- Crafted with Rod of Discord (1) + Every Rune Fragment (1)

Heal
- Activate to restore 50 Health to yourself, and 30 Health to up to 3 nearby allies
- Crafted with Healing Potion (1) + Resolve Fragment (1)

Ghost
- Activate to gain 100% Movement Speed for 10s
- Crafted with Anklet of the Wind (1) + Inspiration Fragment (1)

Ignite
- Activate to set the target at the mouse's position on fire for 10s
- Crafted with Magma Stone (1) + Domination Fragment (1)

Summoner Pets
- AI for all Jungle Pets has been tweaked. Note that there may still be some bugs with their behaviour.
- All Jungle Pets now have new sprites! Courtesy once again of Enrique!

Fixes
- Frostspark Swiftness Shoes and Terraspark Swiftness Shoes now have their proper effects
- Fixed Blade of the Ruined King conflicting with Sheen items
- Fixed duplicate World Atlases upgrading without defeating Wall of Flesh
- Bloodletter's Curse now only applies with Magic Damage

Update 1.4.5: The Return of Runes!

Hey everyone! Another day another update, and this time Runes have made a much more suitable return! Alongside this, there are several new runes, some system changes and as always, bug fixes.

Really quickly I'd also like to thank the members of the Runeterran Accessories Discord Server[discord.gg] for helping so so much with their findings and feedback. Treasure Hunter (Rune)
- Grants 25 Copper Coins on Enemy Kill
- Crafted with Domination Fragment (1) + Gold Coin (10)

Sudden Impact (Rune)
- After dashing, your next attack strikes a second time, dealing 20% damage. 3s Cooldown
- Crafted with Domination Fragment (1) + Boots (1) / Hermes Boots (1)

Taste of Blood (Rune)
- Hitting an enemy restores 5 Health
- 3s Cooldown
- Crafted with Domination Fragment (1) + Vampiric Scepter (1)

Last Stand (Rune)
- Deal 25% increased damage while below 30% Max Health
- Crafted with Precision Fragment (1) + Long Sword (1)

Triumph (Rune)

NOTE: Fragment drop sources are subject to change! They're currently spread this way to encourage getting them early so they can be adjusted easier. I'll be introducing "Lesser Rune Fragments" at a later date to separate keystones and more powerful runes.


System Changes

Ornn Upgrade Menu
- The Upgrade Menu can no longer be closed by pressing Escape
- Can now be closed by pressing the "X" button in the menu, or by walking away from Ornn

Runes
Runes & Keystones finally have their own separate slots! Similarly to League, this means there are now 6 extra accessory slots exclusively used for Runes and Keystones. These are also limited in the same way as League: each Keystone is from a certain Path, which determines the 3 Primary Runes you can use. Secondary runes can be of any other type, as long as they both match each other.

- Ornn now has a Shimmered variant: Space Groove Ornn! Once again cooked up by Enrique!

Fixes
- Fixed Mejai's Soulstealer AP Gains applying too late to matter

Quick micropatch to solve a major bug with Guardian Angel

Note: These changes were made before I fixed the Guardian Angel bug, so they may or may not be fully finished yet!

Stat Tracking
- The item "Zaunite Demands" has been removed
- Attack Damage, Ability Power and Ability Haste are now trackable through a display beneath the player's map! Each can be individually disabled through either the mod's configs or by hiding them manually.

Fixes
- Guardian Angel no longer activates constantly and regardless of whether the player is using it

Another patch! The rest of the swiftness shoes have arrived, as well as some changes to masterwork items, bug fixes and some brand new spritework! A lot of the changes this update were built on feedback from users in the official Runeterran Accessories Discord[discord.gg], so thank you all very much for the input!

Lifeline Passive
- Lifeline now triggers at 50% Max Health on all Lifeline Accessories (Up from 30%)
- Healing: 50 > 70

Masterwork Item Restrictions
Masterwork Items are now restricted by default to 1 equipped at a time. Since the stat boosts are still fairly easy to obtain, it's not hard to get Ornn and immediately start spicing everything up until you have a full inventory of masterwork items. So, in the same vein as standard League, players are now restricted to one Masterwork Item at a time.

BUT! If you already had a full masterwork loadout or you'd prefer, a new config option is available in the mod's settings that allows multiple masterwork equips.

Sprite Updates
Huge shoutout to Enrique for the massively improved Ornn sprites! The Fire under the Mountain has never looked so good.

New update! This time focusing on tweaking some major systems & QOL, plus some new items, summoner pets and more!

Support Item Upgrade Changes
Support Items (World Atlas, Support Bounty etc.) have been altered to no longer require the owner to get the final killing blow! Now, in order to claim each upgrade, the owner must have damaged their bounty target within 5 seconds of its defeat.

This should be very helpful for summoners in multiplayer, and even in singleplayer where other instances may have caused issues preventing the upgrade.

Sprite Updates
As I'm sure some folks have seen, some items (mostly early non-legendary items) do not have a background on them. I'll be slowly over time starting to do this to all items so they don't look like squares. Do note that there are already a *lot* of sprites in the mod though, so this process will be very gradual!

System Changes

Ornn Upgrade System
Since Ornn's upgrade mechanics were not entirely clear, last update expanded his dialogue to be more transparent. This patch, Ornn now uses his own UI! Simply place your upgrade item in the slot, cough up 1 Platinum Coin and your item is upgraded!

WARNING: While this system should be working as intended, there is one major bug that should be avoided until I can patch it up. If you attempt to leave the game while an item is in the upgrade window, it will be destroyed and not returned. Normally I would avoid making this update until it can be patched, but given the very unlikely chance anyone does this, I'm just getting the update out now :) But be warned!

Dungeon Crates
- Dungeon Crates (Normal and Hardmode) now drop Tiamat and Brutalizer (50%)

Hallowed Crates
- Glowing Mote Chance: 20% > 33%

Corruption Crates & Crimson Crates
- Now drops Oblivion Orb (50%)


Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes
- Fixed Symbiotic Soles & Synchronized Souls recall sounds to only cancel themselves if the player moves

Movement Speed, Mana Regen and Health Regen Fixes
One issue I've been slowly working on fixing is for items that grant Movement Speed, Life Regen and Mana Regen. Before this update, these stats either didn't work or worked incorrectly, so this update should improve their effects and make them actually viable.

Alongside this, movement speed gains given by accessories have been increased since they were barely having an effect originally.

Update 1.4.0: Ornn!

Hey everyone! Glad to be back, and just in time to introduce Ornn to Runeterran Accessories! While he is the main focus of this update, lots of feedback was taken and implemented, as well as some balancing tweaks and bug fixes.

Ornn
Ornn is finally making his way across the Terraria world, ready to offer his services.

Ornn will spawn once the Ice Queen has been defeated and while the player is holding a legendary item. He prefers isolation and the familiar snow biome, though doesn't mind the Tavernkeep's beer and the Mechanic's ingenuity.

If a compatible legendary item is in the player's last hotbar slot, Ornn can upgrade it into a Masterwork Item for a hefty price! Masterwork items retain their base item's passive effects, but gain additional stats to make them stronger late game. Do note that some legendary items do NOT have a masterwork upgrade, though this list is considerably small.

As of this release, Ornn can currently upgrade 50 Legendary Items into Masterwork. More will be added over the next few updates!

Loot Changes
Several accessories were given alternate means of acquisition this update, specifically items found in chests and purchased from NPCs.

Most crates were given the same loot tables as chests, adding a renewable way of obtaining each accessory.

Bosses have had their respective item drops moved into Treasure Bags in expert mode! This should make it easier for farming in multiplayer worlds and generally keeps the accessories in line with other terraria content. The only drops exempt from this are Hexgems and Hubris.

Hey everyone! Another update finally, though sadly it doesn't come with Ornn. I've been given some more feedback and I'm making a few quality tweaks and changes, mostly to suit players who are using Runeterran Accessories with other mods!

Attack Damage, Ability Power and More
The main damage types, as well as Magic and Armor Penetration, now use their own subclasses, which basically means I can easily enable future modded classes to be affected by AP & AD. Previously penetration wasn't included in this, but now I'm happy to say Magic Penetration and Armor Penetration will now work on the same modded classes I've included already.

Summoner Whips
Summoner Whips previously weren't affected by Ability Power scalings, but I'm happy to report they're now working! As an added bonus, whips now scale with both Ability Power AND Attack Damage, so players are welcome to experiment with their builds. Additionally, Whips have a 1.25x multiplier to all Attack Damage gains, just to make things interesting.

Item Changes

Blackfire Torch
- Now grants 10% Ability Power for 5s upon successfully igniting a target

Blasting Wand
- Added a new alternate recipe: Hellstone Bar (5) + Dynamite (10) + Amplifying Tome (1) @ Anvil

Experimental Hexplate
- Attack Speed now affects all classes (was previously only Melee and Ranged)

Hubris
- Fixed Hubris' tooltip to properly display its max damage cap (20%)

Imperial Mandate
- Mark Burst Damage: 300 > 200
- Can now only mark enemies if they don't already have the mark on them (this should prevent weird damage loops)

Nurturing Leaf (Resource)
- Now drops in batches of 4-6 (100% Chance)
- All crafting recipes that required Nurturing Leaves now require a max of 10 (down from 20)

Fixes
- All items and item passives that use sounds are no longer global, and are now affected properly by sound volume
