*Let pets eat items in their inventory and allow human bots to play with friendly, sad pets when idle

*Same base effect as the Server-Side vanilla option in Server Settings, which disabled all the random AI conversations
*Option to completely mute ALL bot messages

- Use Talents
*Added Engineer talent "Melodic Respite" for using the guitar
*Changed some code for the instrument playing, should be more smooth through doorways and bikehorns should hopefully have their sound clip less
- Prevent Attacking Handcuffed
*Paralyzed enemy humans will also no longer be attacked
- Replenish Inventory
*Fixed a small bug that prevented a full recursive search of a character's inventory for drained items
- General networking improvements, should lower the lag when saving settings and increase reliability of it actually saving
