Found and fixed several issues with units not resetting and/or staying on the map area or command display when going to the next mission:

* Next Mission left radios on the command display during the Vietnam scenario - each should allow the user to assign the radios. Radios are now removed from the combat display and available for the user to assign each Vietnam mission
* LAT Teams were being left on the Map area - LAT Teams are now removed
* Added a warning with Next Mission that users should be sure to reconstitute from LAT teams since they are removed before going to the next mission
* The contact marker was not being reset - it now is reset to No Contact when going to the next mission
* Skills were not being removed from the Combat Display when going to the next mission. Skills are now removed from the combat display.
* Enemy Casualties and LATs were not being removed from the Command Display when going to the next mission. They are now removed.
* Korean Casualty marker was missing back/two step

* With the risk mitigated by confirming Clean Up etc, moved the buttons back as the other positioning interfered with some setup and was less symmetrical
* Added confirmation on remove enemy activity check

* Added a confirmation dialog to the buttons that have a dramatic impact - Cleanup, Shift Map, Reattempt, Next Mission and Setup Mission.

* Option on pyrotechnic command assignment of "none"/"blank" added. This can be helpful in some scenarios, such as Vietnam, where you need to use colored smoke to mark an airstrike card or new landing zone and do not want that also kicking off an unintended action.
