* In defensive missions the RMB menu should include options to pull PC markers but found that, due to timing, this did not exist on cards already on the map when loading a saved game. Fixed - there should be menu options to Pull PC A, B and C markers on cards in defensive missions

* All the verbiage from the notecards (which get removed after pressing a setup button) have been duplicated on a notecard tab in the TTS Notebook.

* In the confirmation dialog for the user, clarified that the player should reconstitute with LAT Teams before going to the next mission and acquire skills afterwards

* Undid change to skills - they were being deleted and are not "infinite items" so simply need to be moved back. This undid the change so they stay on the command display again. Next update will properly move them back but wanted to undo the error ASAP
