Reworked parts of the audio to account for Elites now having Elite music, Lagavulin having silence while asleep, making sure that Hexaghost has quiet on his first turn and activates properly

Replaced the pokemon low health warning music with a longer file just in case

This was the most amount of effort I have put into fixing about anything. It's now version 1.0.3.

I ended up having to rebuild the audio code from the ground up instead of using the effects channel. The boss stingers were a massive headache because half the audio is temporary and the other half is background music so you're constantly flipping back and forth between them.

The stingers would get stopped by the temporary pause in music or would double play!

Reuploaded most recent version to make sure bug fixes actually got uploaded!

Known bug: Boss fight won't stop playing the music >:(

Fixed some triggers like dying, abandoning run, save and quit, entering a new room.... end of combat... basically all of them.
