[experimental] added stunlock animation speed controlled by sandbox option
also slightly faster player animations when bumped (should also lead to less stunlock)

bandits after unbarricading will drop planks / metal sheets on the floor and have crowbar or propane torch in their inventory
fixed duplicate weapons in bandits inventory
bandit loot weapons will have a random condition
bandit drainable loot items will have a different amount left

significant performance optimization!
line of fire improvements:
- bandits no longer unable to shoot targets near door
- shooting bullets will now thump doors and barricades with scary sound effects
shove attack spam fix

sandbox options changes:
- no friendly chance setting, instead:
- enemy behaviour has more options which determine both friedliness as well as behavior ai
- introducing enemy random bandit with no raiders
- introducing indifferent friendly npc

more sandbox:
- sandbox option to turn off road blockades
- sandbox option to set maximum amount of house defenders (before the option it was hardcoded 24), now 16 and can be reduced more.

more:
- enemy escape behavior improved
- enemy change against zombies slightly higher
- thieves not turning against player attack fix
- translation fixes
