First its very hard to compute what is the enclosed area
Second enclosed areas could become 100% safe areas for players
i know fences protect from zeds, but players could jump over them just like you i guess

To provide context, the house I'm occupying is at X8790 Y15050, with the chainlink fence replaced with tall metal walls (took like a month lmao) - absolutely no way anything can get in.
Spawn marker showed the bandit's spawn to the top-right of the house, well inside the fenced-in area. I expect that if I build = my area, so it doesn't make much sense how he managed this.
