- Psychic UV/dark sensitivity gene (WVC) conflict with Psychically dull/deaf gene (resulting traits will be suppressed and potentially cause bugs)
- Slow hitter (Det’s Brawnum) conflicts with melee speed genes from VRE - Archon
- Brawnum uses Pack mule gene (Alpha Genes) instead of Strong back gene
- (gene rebalance) Melee speed genes from VRE - Archon uses vanilla’s melee cooldown factor stat instead of VFE’s (so that it will be reflected on melee DPS stat)
- (gene rebalance) If VRE - Archon and Det’s Brawnum are loaded, their melee speed genes are renamed to “Fast/Slow/Very slow hitter” and get corresponding values
- (gene rebalance) Stoneskin (WVC) conflicts with armor genes from other mods
- (patch fix) Levitation (WVC) no longer makes pawn winged humanoid with B&S

- Megafauna genome can be extracted from Woolly mammoth, Woolly Rhinoceros, Synthetion and Megalenhydris (Regrowth: Extinct Animals) (req: VGE, Megafauna)
- Dinosaur genome, instead of Reptile genome, can be extracted from Velociraptor and Woolly stegosaurus (Regrowth: Extinct Animals) (req: VGE, Dinosauria)
- (biocoding patch) Gestalt engine (Reinforced Mechanoid 2) can’t remove biocodings
- (name change) With VWE, Charge pistol -> Charge handgun (Reinforced Mechanoid 2) (name overlap)
- (name change) With Rimsenal, Crystalline shards -> Seeker bullets (Reinforced Mechanoid 2) (name overlap)

- (gene rebalance) Removes Archite metabolism from Literal giant robot (B&S - SR*) (had +8 sum with gene rebalance)
- Removed grace drain patch for Satan (had +7 sum)
- (name change) With WVC, Hemogen-eater -> Hemogen sustenance (to avoid confusion with Bloodeater)

- Killing entities from New Anomaly Threats decreases sanity (req: VAE - Insanity)
- Toxic meat (VAE - WA), Human surimi (VCE - Sushi) and Rotten meat (Rotfish) are unchecked by default on hoppers and meal recipes
- (gene rebalance) Mechaskin (WVC) conflicts with armor genes
- (if worse negative mood is on) Rotten meat (Rotfish) gives -6/-4 moodlet if eaten raw/cooked
