Hotfixes, config and QoL maintenance update
Fixed:
- An error from helperfunction due to Unto The Breach update (Ydrec)
- An error related to new animation that should be triggered (Ydrec)
- Infinite adrenaline rush from adrenaline
- Paralyzant causing aggression unlike the rest of poisons
- Modded batteries not being discharged by autopulse
- Wearing the bags causing nearby characters to drag at normal speed (Walter)

Balancing update
- Lowered gel ice pack healing
- Made stasis bags condition combinable
- Removed the annoying vanilla heartbeat sound that occurs with oxygen low
- Fixed some items not being pickable from floor, but unequipping is annoying again
- Organs inside medical fabricator wont degrade if a recipe is active
- Added 2 more HelperFunctions for using in Lua modding: find distance from 2 points, find water depth of an item

- Fixed a bug where NPC could trigger errors when meleeing with diving knife, but the objective NPC giving consent is now client side, as a soft requirement.

Bug fixes and QOL feature update
- Fixed an issue with drugs applying less or more effects on higher or lower max vitality players
- Adjusted health scanner holding position, inventory sprites of mannitol and streptokinase, in-game sprite of surgery tool box, ointment spawns inside explorable structures
- Added overlays for both bag variants and arterial cuts visually dissipate blood when outside the submarine
- Added missing animations for NT vomiting and hematemesis
- Adjusted the treshold of when you break a neck from being hit by structures

Hotfix
- Fixed an issue where fresh limbs would transfer to normal crates instead of organ crates upon submarine item transfer
- Adrenaline sprite changed to new vanilla sprite
- Drunken Sailor's drunk affliction now properly adds minor analgesia and alcohol withdrawal reduction same as regular drunk affliction, but without its negative effects like liver damage or alcohol addiction
