Fixed Walls despawning.

I have no idea how itemsize / quantity size overrides for vanilla items can cause a modded wall to despawn but here we are.

Added icon for Ladder Hatch
Added vanilla tents and other base items to upkeep/decay functionality (tents still dont show flag icon for some reason)
Made it so codelocks can fit in vanilla / modded codelock slot for compatibility
Fixed HQ territory still existing when destroyed
Fixed stairs blocking placement of walls and made stairs lower poly
Fixed door animation inconsistency
