Adjusted The order of the shield repair so now tank will always repair everything else before the shields.

Modified Soviet zis-3, D-44, BS-3 ammunition amounts so they have vanilla amount of ammunition.

Modified the HE shell curve on zis-3 and BS3 so they arc more so they are hybrid AT gun/Fieldguns

Enabled shootable shields ie parts that detach for majority of ported tanks. the other tanks require some more work to get it working if they did not conform to the basecode.

Added code to make those shields repairable with repairkits so you can now fix your sideskirts on most ingame vehicles.

Revised soviet artillerytree so you need to research BS-3 100mm AT/Fieldgun to get into heavier artillery. However due to changes it works now as a medium field gun.

Reverted the new damage model from tanks that do not have new volumes on them. this will mean those tanks are more suspectable to heat shells. but this means also that they are killable by other shells too.
