6.2.3 - Hotfix

* Throgg can now build the Cave of the Rocky Throne landmark.

This is a bug caused by CA. It looks like they either accidently or deliberately removed Throgg's ability to build this landmark.

* Default CA victory conditions have been restored for non-VCO supported factions.

A while back I finally figured out how to disable the CA victory conditions, which had been a longstanding complaint of the mod as it caused double-up of victories and CA's default rewards to still occur.

But when I disabled it, I created other problems with non-supported VCO factions or custom factions now having blank victory conditions.

I am pleased to report I have discovered a solution that disables CA victory conditions for VCO supported factions ONLY. So people who want to leave this mod on while playing a non-supported faction will still get CA's victory conditions instead of a blank page.

6.2.2 - Hotfix

* Fixed a bug with landmarks not appearing for the Masque, Throgg and Lokhir
* Revisted some rewards with the new DLC content
* Added the new Legendary Lords as objectives (targets) for pre-existing Legendary Lords where appropriate

6.2 - Tides of Torment

* New victory conditions for the Masque
* Reworked victory conditions for N'Kari and Wulfrik
* Throgg's victory conditions have had some adjustments
* New victory conditions for Lokhir, but route 3 is still under construction.
* Route 3 will be the Hunt for Amanar story told from Lokhir's perspective, but Aislinn will also feature.

Expect more hotfixes as I navigate everything new from the DLC.

The next major update will be victory conditions for Aislinn and finalising Lokhir's victory conditions.

6.1.2 - Hotfix

* Further to hotfix below, fixed the Drill of Hashut battle not working properly if a player saved and then loaded that save from the pending battle screen of that battle.
* Adjusted the Taurox final battle script so the prisoners attack from both sides - as was the case in WH2.
* The Final Battle of Itza will now recognise if Markus has Hertwig or Kalara in his army (Kalara will drop the Old Ones shields with an arrow and Hertwig brings in reinforcements) - as was the case in WH2.

6.1.1 - Hotfix

* Fixed a bug where loading a save would stop Drill of Hashut from working.

Thank you jbbj96 for providing save file.

Make sure you delete victory_conditions_overhaul.pack file to force Steam to update. You will know if it worked if you see "Defeat the Grey Mountain Dwarfs" in top left during quest battle. If you don't see that it means you are still on the old version.

Known issue: If you save and load in the PENDING BATTLE screen of Drill of Hashut it will still glitch out.

6.1 - Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust
* Added a confederation mission for Drycha and the Spirits of Shanlin when she reaches level 10 (didn't realise she didn't get the CA one). This means you don't have to go to war against the Spirits of Shanlin to help the Spirits of Shanlin!
* Fixed lighting in Taurox's Heart of the Dark. Can't replicate reports of Oxyotl not spawning; he always spawns for me. Possibly mod incompatibility issue?
* Vanilla Chaos Dwarfs rewards restored
* Chaos Dwarfs can now search for the Blood of Hashut by completing routes
* Champions of Chaos can now walk the Path to Zanbaijin by completing routes

Read on for a more detailed breakdown:

The Drill of Hashut (Chaos Dwarfs)
* Completing at least 1 route will grant you the 3 relic missions (this was the CA short victory reward) + the Drill of Hashut intro cinematic
* Completing at least 2 routes will grant you 3 further relics (this was the CA long victory reward) and more narrative on the continued construction of Drill of Hashut (so it's not just random why you are getting these relics like in the base version of Immortal Empires - it's narratively explained)
* Completing at least 3 routes will give you a mission to fully upgrade the Drill of Hashut landmark building in your starter province.
* Completing the above mission will grant you the last 2 relics (CA never included these as Immortal Empires rewards, they were only ever obtainable in the Realms of Chaos minicampaign) and triggers the Drill of Hashut final battle
* The Drill of Hashut quest battle is the hardest form of the battle, because I'm a sadist like that. Good luck!
* Completing the Drill of Hashut quest battle gives you the Drill of Hashut victory cinematic, your Legendary Lord's epilogue, and the Blood of Hashut super-ability, which grants your daemonsmiths the ability to raze settlements to the ground by summoning Hashut's volcanoes on top of them
* In the base game, the Blood of Hashut super-ability is bugged to have 0 turn cooldown. It was supposed to have a 10 turn cooldown. I have corrected this bug. (Thanks Dux for guidance on this.)

The Altar of Battle (Champions of Chaos)
* Completing at least 1 route as Azazel, Festus, Vilitch or Valkia will begin the Path to Zanbaijin intro cinematic and narrative
* Completing at least 2 routes will continue the Zanbaijin narrative
* Completing at least 3 routes will unlock the Altar of Battle final battle
* Alternatively, after completing at least 1 route, if you gain control or already have control of the Zanbaijin settlement, the final battle will unlock immediately
* Completing the Altar of Battle quest battle gives you the Zanbaijin victory cinematic, your Legendary Lord's epilogue, the Champion of Zanbaijin trait, and +10,000 souls
* I was not satisfied that there was no unique mid-game narrative for this DLC, so I have written unique narratives for each character that will appear when you complete your first and second routes

This should go without saying, but both of these quest battles are OPTIONAL. If you don't want the Blood of Hashut super-ability or the Champion of Zanbaijin trait then you can just ignore the quest battles.

Lastly, I consider these to be Lite versions of their Realm of Chaos counterparts. If you want to zip around rifts as a Chaos Champion or have never played the Drill of Hashut minicampaign I recommend you play the default experience via Realms of Chaos at least once to get the full experience!
