A series of minor bug fixes and description updates.

Added a tooltip for each mode when hovered over.
Minor optimization and vfx update.

Added Traditional Chinese
Added 2 modifiers to Custom Mode (East Wind, Forbidden Elixir), so you may play these with other modifiers or with another character.

Card Changes:
- Tragic Fate:
No longer gains Blasphemer (that loses 99999 HP) instead gains a unique power that is the same as Blasphemer except loses 999 HP. Mainly to limit the unintended interaction between Tragic Fate and Vengeful Ghost relic that deals near 200k aoe damage.

Card Changes:
- Burning Soul: Feathers apply 2/3 additional Burn -> 1/2 additional Burn.
- Carefree & Invigorate: Bonus effect can only trigger on exhausting *Non-Curse* Fuels.
- Incinerate: Upgrade adds apply 2 Scorch -> apply 1 Scorch.
- High-Temp Feathers: Exhaust up to 2/3 cards -> 1/2 cards.
- Siphoning Flame: Gain Regen for every 5 Burn -> every 10 Burn.
- Smoke and Feather: Added a condition Ignite(3) to Scorch. Scorch now applies to the enemy with the most Burn.

Relic Changes:
- Hakutaku Doll: Now also grants 1 Knowledge at the start of combat, so the bonus draws are granted 1 turn earlier.

Minor description update.

Hourai Doll:
Small buff. Now base cost of Possessed by Phoenix is reduced by the number of Acts you have passed. (3 in Act 1, 2 in Act 2, 1 in Act 3, etc).

Minor ZHS description update.

Mokou's Max HP is increased to 55 from 50.

New Relics:
- Lava Rock: The first time each turn you trigger you trigger Ignite, Fury, or Ember, gain 3 Block.
- Recycling Bin: Whenever you draw a Fuel, draw 1 card.
- Extra Stage: Every 7 turns, gain 1 Rekindle.

Relic Changes:
- Hourai Doll
Reworked. Now grants 2 regen and add a Possessed by Phoenix into your hand.
Possessed by Phoenix: (3 cost power) Retain. Gain 1 Rekindle. Cost 1 less for each time you lose HP or trigger Ignite, Fury or Ember this combat.
This is to slightly restrict Mokou's insane unconditional survivability in early game and limit the abuse of Rekindle healing.
- Grill
Now only grants Regen if a non-Curse Fuel is exhausted. Algorithm is optimized.

Card Changes:
- Desperate Claw
Un-upgraded now cost 1, base damage increase to 12 from 7. Upgrade is now a cost upgrade and no longer upgrades Vigor scaling ratio. 0 cost huge damage is not ok, especially when Mokou has ways to return cards from discard pile. This change keeps the 0 cost but only after upgrade.
- Phoenix Rebirth
Removed +1 draw whenever you lose Rekindle (still exhumes itself). Was a pretty cool design but a bit too strong.
- Legend of Immortality
Now grants 1/2 Regen whenever you lose Rekindle. Mokou shouldn't be having a lot of access to Strength. This change also makes the card better in Burn decks.
- Inverted Inferno
Upgrade now makes it cost 0 instead of increase the number of cards you can exhaust to 2. Replaying two of your strongest card each turn is unbalanced and leads to linear gameplay.

Act 4 Boss:
Phoenix Rebirth (power) now removes ALL debuffs upon revive.

Minor description update.

Fixed a bug where the game crashed when killing Act 4 Boss with a Ignite/Fury/Ember card while having Immortality curse in hand.

Olive Branch:
Un-upgraded now reads: Fuel[4]. When Exhausted: Gain 1 Rekindle; if Durability is 0, gain 2 Regen.
Previously was: Fuel[5]. When Exhausted: Gain 1 Rekindle; if Durability is 0, gain 3 Regen.
Upgraded is unchanged.
Fixed a bug where 1 Regen is falsely gained for upgraded Olive Branch whenever Ignite, Fury or Ember is triggered.

Eternal Flame:
The chance of generating an Olive Branch is reduced (from 1/7 to 1/13), chance of generating other Fuels is adjusted (from 1/7 to 2/13).

Otherworldly Treasures Event:
Sumireko now gives you a free Occult Ball if you choose not to trade.
Occult Ball: At the start of each combat, gain 4 Vigor, 1 Strength, 1 Regen or 1 Weak at random.
