put in checks to prevent boss-instakills to kill you after they die (most notably doom and necro waves).
updated russian translation to recent changes
fixed the bug where you could attack wd controlled bosses
fixed void only having 4 levels of time dilation
cleaned up some tooltips
nerfed bloodseeker thirst to 3% at max level
fixed tinker receiving int scaling on rockets
reworked how invoker fire damage over time receives its particles; should heavily reduce lag

midas hammer hotfix, conflicting item id problems

reworked how midas works a bit:
hand of midas now removes the gold penalty for not having a midas item; will not give more team gold (intended for tanks earlygame)
midas hammer is made out of hand of midas and a recipe; same cost; midas hammer receives +30 attack speed same with shoemoney
people who own a midas hammer will gain more gold, this is a shared pool meaning more midas owners means less bonus gold (this is capped at the intended 200 gold if everyone has a midas hammer but is made up by the fact that you get more gold anyway)
midas gold penalty is now 40% instead of 20% (you get 60% of the gold)
divine core now uses a shoemoney's hammer in its recipe; counts as a midas item (same for otherwordly core)

fixed faceless void's chronosphere and time dilation scaling (from 4 levels to 7)

rescaled clockwerk's battery assault cooldown to 36 at all levels
rescaled cogs to 28s at all levels
increased clockwerk scepter cd to 16s
juggernaut's blade dance now actually lets him dance around his enemies; can be toggled off

hotfixed armor not scaling like intended, you will now effectively gain 0.08 armor per agi instead of 0.14

changed drow aghs from 2 splits at 50% damage to 1 spot at 100% damage in an attempt to reduce server strain
re-enabled clockwerk cogs
added a 20% gold punishment to whoever doesn't buy a midas hammer (you receive 80% of the gold)
nerfed tinker rockets at last levels (35k/75k to 30k/60k and aghs 50k/125k to 40k/90k)
gave a succesful culling blade a buff to axe that lasts 20s and reduces all damage he takes
activated axe's scepter (increases kill threshold, damage on fail unchanged but damage type changes from physical to magical)
nerfed failed damage to account for scepter (around 40%)
nerfed the hp per strength from blood-cursed sword from 40 to 30
removed blood booster from the recipe, cost unchanged
nerfed sub-zero aura from 15/30 to 10/20
